MOUNTAIN GUIDE, INSTRUCTOR AT CNEAS
I'm more of an all-rounder than a specialist, with a preference for multi-pitch, rock climbing and ski touring.
The Alps for the incredible diversity of the landscapes and what you can do there, with a special mention of the Mont Blanc massif and the Dolomites.
It has to be big routes where I have guided people: the Verte, Jorasses, Drus, Eiger, Capitan... But also more classic routes where there is a shared joy at simply being up there.
The last book I've just read: Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson, a great illustration of the best of what the mountains have to offer. And obviously the 100 best routes.
Live in the mountains and alternate your activities according to the rhythm of the seasons.
