Temperature rating
We display on all our sleeping bags, the temperature ratings tested in an independent lab (AITEX) based on European Standard EN 13537 (2016). The “comfort temperature” is the lowest comfortable temperature at which a user in a relaxed position is balanced overall in terms of their body temperature and is neither too hot nor cold (as determined for an average female user under normal conditions). Choose your sleeping bag based on this feature.
What you must know about temperature ratings
A sleeping bag does not generate heat, but "maintains" heat generated by body. If you are exhausted and cold and you slip in to your freezing and damp sleeping bag, you risk staying cold whatever the sleeping bag's features! These temperatures are therefore dependent on the user’s resistance to cold (build, fatigue levels...), their equipment (an insulated sleeping mat,...), their clothing (naked, base layers,...) and climatic conditions (humidity, wind,...).
A score to compare the environmental impact of products
The environmental impact of the product is calculated over its entire life cycle and with different indicators. An overall score of ABCDE is designed to help you easily identify the products with the best environmental performance by comparing products of the same type (T-shirts, trousers, backpacks...).Decathlon is a voluntary participant in this environmental labelling initiative. Great so far

Im a cold sleeper but this bag kept me nice & warm on a recent 14 day camping trip. Although my trip happened in June in true UK style the weather was wet & at times quiet cold, especially overnight. So far this seems like excellent quality for such a cheap price. The store assistant did advise buying one of the slightly cheaper down bags as he thought Id be too hot using this product, Im glad I followed my gut feeling and paid a little extra for this product. Im 5'5" and the size was great I had some room in the bottom of the bag which was great to stuff my fleece & down jacket so they were nice & toasty in the morning. Im really pleased with this product , thanks decathlon.

    Hřejivý a pohodlný
