    Makalu tent

This is a very lightwirght tent, made with only winter high mountain camping, and it does the job quite well. It is fast to assemble, but when the rods get wet they can slip in the hands and putting them into the tight locking hole can get quite tricky, specially with storng wind and hand numbness because of the cold. I would suggest that this hole to have a bigger entrance for the rod, and that would make all the package just perfect! I have tried the tent twice in snowy mountains and it resisted quite good even in strong wind. Not made for rain though, dont forget that! The temperature inside isnt a great deal bigger than outside when it is cold and dark, but it effectively blocks the wind. If you know exactly the purpose of the tent and use it properly it is a great gear piece.

    Sportieve groet,
    Luke - DECATHLON
