Getting your gear back into shape should be simple and accessible. Whether it’s a broken buckle, a stuck zip, or a tear on a jacket, we want to give you the tools to act. You have two options: repair it yourself with our wide range of spare parts (buckles, zip sliders, repair patches, and more). Or rely on our workshop experts for more complex repairs. The goal is always the same: extend the life of your gear, simply and effectively.

How to repair a tear?

A tear is not an end.

For waterproof equipment, do not sew. A needle breaks the seal, inviting water in and voiding the technology. The solution is an adhesive patch.

Application:
Prepare: The area must be perfectly clean.
Cut: Size the patch 1-2 cm larger than the tear. Round the corners.
Seal: Apply firmly to the flat fabric.

A true bond requires a dry, smooth, clean surface—free from dust, oil, or silicon.

How to repair a zip slider?

Replacing your zipper slider is a quick and simple repair: first, measure your zipper and choose a matching slider type, then carefully remove the old slider, attach the two parts of the new slider over the zipper, screw them together, and finally test it to make sure it works smoothly.

How to repair a buckle?

Broken or lost a buckle on your backpack? No worries, it’s repairable!

Buckle sizes vary depending on your backpack model. To find the right one, simply measure your strap’s width.
Example: if your strap is 2.5 cm wide, choose a 25 mm buckle.

With the pin-lock system, replacing your buckle takes less than 5 minutes.
