I bought the helmet online, the strap at the back of the helmet is cheap ridgid plastic and slightly twisted. It arrived slightly twisted, but I think it would go like this anyway after light use, it feels a bit uncomfortable and feels like it digs into the back of my head. My previous helmet had fabric straps that were comfortable.
The good things about the helmet are that it looks smart, sweat pads at the front and back are held on with velcro and can be removed to rinse to keep them clean. -
